A continuing Story of corruption...

Yesterday while sleeping I was awakened by voices in front of my place.( For a building that's 160yrs old the sound just goes right thru the walls.) It was someone, I'm guessing cop or FBI asking questions first about me and where I live and then about my brother and where he lives. Conjecture would leave me to a couple of conclusions in my opinion. Before I had my brother move out here the Cheektowaga cops kept showing up at his and his girl friends door at all hours of the night usually around bar closing time claiming that someone called 911 from their apartment phone( an apartment that had no phones) they have cell phones but they are on the family plan with the rest of my family and mysteriously neither of their phones show 911 calls for those warantless searches and forcible entries into their home and also the false and slander and liable accusations from the females cops that would show up, the males could always see they where waking them both out of a sleep and where probably in on the joke. When 50% of the town police force are on the take in my opinion, (that's my opinion because in reality it could be more, or less) while the male cops always knew nothing was going on.

What was happening in my opinion: I'm guessing is that when the dirty cops where getting their pay-offs and free drinks but where mad at having to stop drinking at closing time instead of keeping the bar open to 8am like they use to do, or maybe they have to pay for half of their drinks? Something like that that, I am guessing they blame it on me, but because they are drinking became stupid( not stupid enough to strike at me directly) and decided to strike out at the only person in my family that still lived in Cheektowaga, like they did during the espresso maker hunt for their master. I guess they would just borrow someone's cell phone at the bar and make a bogus 911 call and send their buddies guns blazing to my brothers apartment to knock down the door, trash the place and accuse him of misdeeds while he was sleeping and his girl friend was sleeping.

I figure the guy that came by today was investigating why there was no one at that address anymore to harass with false 911 calls and pointed guns and accusations in Cheektowaga. Either that or the FBI is investigating me for saying they dropped the b all on 911 or taking notice of what is being said on this site and are going to start going after all the dirty cops themselves.

Just one thing for everyone to chew on. I have never clued anybody in my family that I am writing this site. To this day my brother is confounded in what the heck was actually happening when the cops came breaking down his door, my sisters, my brothers, my mother and brothers in-laws and extended family have no idea, and its probably a good thing because none of us like to be rail roadbed, but these are my opinions I am writing. Their opinions my be totally different to mine, especially my one brother in-law, but I don't involve them.( I won't even use a word they say to me on this site directly, maybe as a side bar). Heck my sisters I barely even talk too( they are married and have kids of their own)  maybe once in 6 months I talk to my rich sister even though I'm one of her kids god father. I talk to her when I see her twice a year. My other sister lives down the road and I talk to her once a month on the phone. I did tell my brother that lives in Seattle today though about the site, only because if he comes home for a visit I don't want him in the same bar as the dirty Cheektowaga cops, who knows they might shot him while in a drunken cop fit of rage!

I found out that this was going on after the fact of my brother moving and was pretty peeved and almost spilled the beans on everything right hear on this website( facts, people, dates, stories.) After I cooled off I realized as always my goal is not to punish, or get involved in the legal system testifying about everything I know. The thing I want is for the people who are doing this stuff to know they aren't fooling anyone and to start acting like cops with integrity and make that change which could be a long or short road depending on where you are, but I'm sure the cops that have integrity and turn there heads in discuss when they see you going down the wrong road, or see every little thing that is unacceptable, will  welcome every little change you make that restores your integrity and dignity and gives meaning to your job as well as theirs.

So striking out at my family only goes to show you how depraved you are as a cop, another reason why you shouldn't be a cop. Actually it's cowardly striking out at them and not me personally, but that is the point though.

 A dirty cop can't show his hand to people outside of the card game, striking out at me would show your true colors.

an old story...

I sit down at a counter seat at a local restaurant. In my opinion it happened this way. Rudely this guy says to me you don't know who I am?  I say I don't care who  you are it's rude to take up 3 seats at a counter at this restaurant( He wasn't saving the seats and didn't indicate he was saving them). Move you paper out of the way I'm sitting here now! I'm thinking: I don't care if your the pope,  but the way you act your maybe a town consul man or justice because your to much of a wimp to be a cop, but at this restaurant counter I am #1, the waitresses takes care of me first because I have been coming in here 4 times a week since 1981, they know me by name ( except the 8 years in DC area  and I tip really good), so tell it to someone else.

 A couple of undercover cops come in and he gets up and they all go sit at another table, then they decide to go where the food and drinks are already paid for by  Illegal actions by police, police men, police woman, police officers, cops, judges, town officials repaying or not just ignoring, but approving or encouraging illegal activity or participating in illegal activity for the benefits of the free services or money.

This guy  comes up to me and the waitress and says we are going to ****'s where the food and drinks are free and then gives me the evil eye and says I'll see you around. This place(****'s) is where you would find your 14 yr old daughter drinking for free on Monday nights, while Cheektowaga cops sit at the bar drinking their free drinks every night, and when closing time comes around the bar doesn't close for another 4 hours(8 or 9 am), there is at least four or five cops at the bar at all times and maybe a few judges.

 The original owner who worked for Niamo was suppose to die of liver cancer, if snorting and selling snow gives you liver cancer, I would have believed it, but I don't think the guy every died, he was probably trying to get out of paying taxes or something, most likely he owed the ORG and they settled for his son running the place( personally I couldn't stand his son back then, the guy set me up with a couple crooked cops( that's the way I see it in my mind) that where at the bar and it cost me $300 for a door that they claimed I vandalized, when in all reality I pushed the door open and it didn't have a stop or devise to slow it down and it slammed into the sink while I walked in to the john to take a piss.

 I thought nothing of it until a woman I knew told me the cops where after me with a John Doe warrant for breaking the door.( To this day it burns me that a civil matter at most, that I had no idea even happened, I don't remember the door being broke after it hit the sink or what every it hit, gets me arrested on a felony because of crooked cops and their volunteer payback to there  master, the judge was in on it too kissing what's his names behind profusely). This guy went on to be and still is the darling of the local org when it comes to hit restaurants, I once asked a bunch of my guys I knew why do you deal with that f, I'm surprised he not dead he's screwed so many people over the years( this was like 15yrs latter, I think somebody did shoot him in the head but he survived), he's got a tick now though. They said, he always makes them money, so what can you do, we back his projects.

 Personally I have nothing against this guy know because I realized the crooked cops where goating him into coming after me and I don't think he would have did it on his own after all when you install a new $800 door make sure you install a door stop or closing mechanism so some drunk don't brake it. This restaurant has different owners now. From what I know, not connect with the org, but they still spends a couple hundred thousand a year giving free food and drinks to the cops, judges, town officials, which would be alright if they did try so hard to pay him back by setting road blocks up in front of competition to drive them out of business, ignore the drinking age laws or closing time laws and do other dirty favors for the freebies.

 Also this guys a tax cheat in my opinion, big time. Also my brother worked as a cook for this guy for a while, but he didn't tell me anything at all except that the other cooks would spit in the cops food and give them the rotten food on orders from the owner. I am told his wife was the worst more than a couple of times she made them take rancid meat out of the garbage and cook it up for the cops.

I hated that my brother worked at this place because of what I knew of this place and history with this place. ( This is what I mean, know who supports you, when I had my Pizzeria. I made the cops food the best I served along with the fireman. My food was huge in the first place but I would go all out and make their food twice as big, I would also do the same for everyone that worked for the police department, civilian or cop, and give them 50% off.)

Because of my up bringing I don't care how much I hate someone I would never mess with the food and most cops, I generally like. All the food I served, I would eat myself and I am glad to say that nobody ever got sick eating any food I have ever served and some late nights I would be feeding everyone on duty at town Police HQ at 50% off.

Another interesting story I'm in a hospital in Vegas for my blood pressure and panic disorder and I get a call from my mother on the cell phone crying. She tells me the cops just broke down the door and searched my brothers place looking for a espresso machine. It seems as the story goes about 5 years before the restaurant I am talking about brought a espresso machine and it disappeared. I also brought a espresso machine about 3 yrs ago and let my brother try to sell it. So the dirty cops decide that they can get my espresso machine from my brother, arrest my brother, stick my brother in jail  and give the machine to you know. Actually this guy didn't even lose a machine it was his relative who had a different restaurant. I know this because I brought my machine from the same guy they did.

The story goes this guy left the machine with someone at that restaurant not at ****'s, but the person who he supposedly left it with  just happened to be my x partner at the pizzeria and his 10yr cook. He had said the espresso guy never left it with him at ******* ******. Who to believe? I don't know, my x partner with a drug problem or this opportunistic espresso machine seller, who tells me a story of pulling a gun on someone that owed him money?  The only thing I know is my machine probably wasn't the same one, but if it was I had a receipt for it and paid for it and I had a receipt with the serial number on  the receipt, also I had the machine in storage, so the cops breaking down my brothers door and trashing his house where stupid beside corrupt.

So I called the police station from my hospital bed in Henderson NV, the cop on the phone denied that any cars went to my brothers house, said maybe it was the sheriffs or another department. I knew the guy was part of it and told him I own the machine have a receipt and will sue if you do this again and that was the end of it. They when back to ****'s with their tails between their legs and drank themselves into a stupor I suspect. Dam dirty cops! I have told both my brothers that they where stupid for ever having anything to do with  ****'s and those crooks and stay out of there from now on and when you come back to the area stay out of that place.

I appreciated that when I had problems at my pizzeria( when your open till 4 am on weekends, lots of drunken fights would break out) they the local town police Cheektowaga responded in force and quick, but I would never ask anyone to break a law for me or expect them to let me brake a law.( Looking the other way while I double park doing a delivery or go a little over the speed limit on the expressway going to deliver a pizza, OK I'll take that. Never happened though.)

He's probably thinking this guys got the fear of me( I was going to say god but!) in him now! I'm really thinking great a crocked Judge with some crooked cops going to collect there pay offs, what else ain't new. I'm sure I'll end up in front of this guy someday for a parking ticket or something. Guess what a couple of weeks latter I am driving home from the office and I get my once every 8 yrs ticket for going to fast driving between two cemeteries on Harlem I guess cops have to protect them dead corpses from speeding cars coming off the expressway jay walking at night . Anyways I go into court and guess who's behind the bench Judge Kolbert, he snickers as he sees me sitting in court. I snicker back because I know that I'm only in there for a traffic ticket, the worst that can happen is a fine.

Last year I'm going down main street towards Akron taking my brother to the reservation to get cig's. The road narrows but I'm in the lane that doesn't narrow. This idiot doesn't yield and veers into me, He veers into me again and again on purpose, I am forced into the shoulder. 

Road rage style, I look over as I brake to let this guy pass me saying idiot and  guess who is driving?!!
