Today I was listening to the Howard Stern show and while I agree with Howard I really never give any thought two Homos.

I'm generally indifferent, but my religious beliefs will bring me into this argument. I generally dismiss there agenda and I think its a mental disease they have, but they should be able to live happy fulfilled lies, lives, and I shouldn't have to know as much as I do about the subject, but because of that congressman, the media and now the California supreme court and also the Howard Stern show I know more that I care to.

The only thing I have to say is Marriage is a Religious thing, the Union between a man and a woman, what ever god puts to getter, let no man put asunder (almost direct quote from the bible). So divorce is not allowed and is a sin, and as Christ said even if your wife leaves you, or divorces you are to act if still married and support her and your kids, and in front of God you are that woman's husband and not her current husband.( Moses allowed divorce because of the hardness of mans hearts in an attempt to pacify men). So divorce is a not condoned.

We also know that homosexuality is a sin. When the angels went to Lot in the city of Gomorra. The men and woman, they wanted to fornicate, and do various things  including homo acts with the angels because of there beauty, that was not of this world. When they got Lot and his family out God destroyed both Cities.

So divorce is out and homosexuality is a sin.  The church and god doesn't condone sin. We can infer that Homosexuality and bestiality and 3 some's and orgies are major sins because God destroyed Sodamon and Gomorra and turned Lots wife to a pillar of salt for watching his wrath. Since he didn't do this to woman who divorced, we can assume although allowable by Moses it is not condones by Christ.

Because the church and God doesn't condone divorce  and sin ,homosexuality are not allowed by the church. Marriage is the union between a man an a woman condoned by God! Nothing else is marriage! So a church should never marry anyone besides a man and a woman.

That's not to say that governments cant allow non church unions or non-church sham weddings between two homosexual's.

 It just that church's don't have to participate in the sham because its a product of man and Government and not god! IT is not consistent with Christ teachings. It also does make a mockery out of God's joining of a man and a woman for life in marriage. The family unit, wedding's and procreation are meant to propagate the species and provide a frame work for the survival of man not to pacify the egos' of homosexuals that feel slighted because they are not imperative to the survival of any spices that has homosexuals in it or of man kind.

The other thing is allowing homo sexual's to get married to others of there own sex  is really reverse discrimination. Since marriage has always been the union between a man and a woman, by allowing same sex sham mirages California is saying, you are not like everyone else, you don't have the same rights as straight people.

 If homos had the same rights, they would be forced to marry either a man or a woman of the opposite sex, same choice that straight people have.

It doesn't matter if they are sexually oriented to doing that, that is still the equal protection of the law. Every man without regards to sexuality are allowed to marry woman and every woman without regards to sexuality are allowed to marry a man.  Equal in everyway there!

After all the propagation of Homosexuality is a by-product of strict enforcement prohibitions against it, in Islam, and Christianity, Judaism.

 Homosexuality is not a viable genetically for survival of any species. In Darwin's theory of evolution homosexuals would very fast become extinct as a subspecies' or genre, and is contrary to nature and evolution. ( God's Plan. Why do I say Gods plan?)

Because evolution is all about the survival of the species, and propagating young and since homosexuals are only interested in others of there sex, they would, if left to there own devises , they would be extinct in no time, but because Islam has a death penalty for homos, and Christianity looks badly on homo's. Homos have been forced to act as straight men and woman in fear for there lives and have families, and  propagating any genetic defect un-detected to more generations and so on.

So essentially if homosexuality is genetic, it is the strict interruption of religion, old testament, the Quran, etc., punishment and not forgiveness of the sinner and acceptance of the person and not the New testament which Christ taught that has allowed Homosexuals to propagate.

So if Homosexuality is genetic, the problem of homo sexuality should go way after a couple of generations of allowing the practice going unchecked and actually sporting it governmentally. But, how much do you want to guess that its a illness or a life style choice (caused by mental impartment or other factors)?

So while states can prevent Homos sexual's from getting married in church, or churches can legally not marry homosexuals.

Outside the church that's different!

If you put forth the argument that homos having the opportunity to marry straight  people they are not in love with in straight marriages are not equal because marring a person of opposite sex would be unhappy for homo sexual's and we need to have a new option for them to be happy ( even though most times the law doesn't taker happiness into the equation) and yes even though history and tradition has been marriage between and man and a woman for over 6000 yrs,  we still have to take care of this  class of people.

 Then, the states must allow for civil unions or non-church weddings of homos, if they don't have a civil union law, and the states law prevents discrimination on the bases of sexual orientation in the providing of services, or equal protection of the law.

So if courts like the California supreme court are going to ignore 6000 years of precedent in law, and court cases, and religion. States legislators have to put in place the definition of marriage as that of between a man and a woman and also sanction civil unions for homosexuals as an alternative to give them the same equal protection rights threw law.
