While researching my recent trip I to Chicago I found the Chicago Police website, quite comprehensive, informative and helpful, from what to do if a Police officer pulls you over, in Chicago, including a if  non-uniformed cop attempts and you don't believe its really a cop, a crime database, neighborhood email alerts, online stolen car and towing look up, and comprehensive information on identity theft and identity fraud.

Here's the run down on our Chicago weekend trip. Thursday: Arrive in Gary Indiana Dunes national Sea shore at 7am, get a couple hours sleep in truck, then drive to 23 miles to  Chicago scope out hotel, airport, lake shore and downtown Chicago. Go to Original theme Mickey Dees in down town Chicago, stumble found Lincoln park zoo, that's me and my brother, we also go check in to Hotel.  Then I pick up mother and then my brother an hour latter from Midway Airport. Friday Observation Deck at Sears tower and at John Hancock Center then Deep Dish Pizza at Lou Malnati's. Saturday Day at the Races Arlington Millions at Arlington Race track I make sure we all eat Vienna Beef Hot Dogs . I win enough (a good paying exacta first bet, we pool our money at the track sharing winning bets and putting them back into the purse at the end of the day we split the winnings if any or use the money to do more stuff on the vacation trip) to keep all of us betting on winning money. Sunday Field Museum T -Rex ( Beach and Chicago water front and water front park for my brothers), Apple Store on Miracle Mile( Michigan Avenue) then we meet at  Gino's East original location on Chicago St. for dinner, just down from the water tower. Monday morning we all leave Chicago area.

I just returned from a long weekend to Chicago, IL( Chicago is the poor and middle classes NYC, meaning only the rich can afford to live in NYC and eat, not so in Chicago) my brother and I drove there. It's a 8 hour trip and my mother and also my brother that lives in Seattle flew in by plane. While there I found out a few things. Things are cheaper in Chicago Land than Buffalo Erie County NY for most stuff, including food, restaurants, pizza, sub shops, Burger King, hotels, and I already knew taxes and utilities are lower and rent is compatible, with real estate values being higher in Chicago, gas is higher than in Buffalo in parts of the city and they are the  equal or cheaper in price in the Chicago Land or suburbs. They are also experiencing a shortage of employees including laborers even with a sizeable illegal Mexican immigrant population.

Like I have said before a countries proximity to our borders should not dictate they receive preferential treatment in immigration we need to open immigration up to all that want to immigrate to the USA with no limits on numbers the only exception being a total band on immigration and visiting this country by anyone of Arab decent!

It is a population of Illegal Mexicans' that no longer cower in fear of being deported and while some still work on or off the books, more and more masquerade as legitimate business owners, so instead of working for small American business owners, they are just cutting small American business out completely, working as contactors owning their on businesses that hire and employee 100% illegal's, not only not paying payroll taxes, they don't pay business taxes ,and almost all are uninsured, including there cars. It is a population that is in your face, is no longer respectful or thankful for the American dream and look forward to the day they have completely over ruined the USA and made it  Mexican.

I can see the difference from living in Houston Texas in 1981 in the way they where and the way they act know in Las Vegas, or the DC area  and even worst in Chicago, it's a night and day difference, in Chicago they think they are totally home free. I'm going to say dealing with Mexicans working in hotels, restaurants and parking cars in Chicago was like pulling teeth and when I lived in Las Vegas I had Mexican friends.

 I'm thinking that the further they get from the border the more home free they think they are!

 Also I understand almost all Mexican being spoken around me with the 8 moths I lived in Houston and the year in Las Vegas I picked up most of what I needed, lets face it they are not working in rocket science jobs, and if you want your food to be made right in restaurants placing your order in Mexican assures your order is done right, also Mexicans always call you one specific word behind your back and make then spit or make the spit action. Puta, it means bitch, whore, slut or the  it's the 4 letter c word for a female body part, the most hated word by all woman everywhere, even though I use the f word once in a while I have never used this word since maybe high school.

Anyways Illegal Mexicans aside,  I say move west Young man to the mid-west Chicago Land where the future looks bright!

One more thing, the only thing that really annoyed me about Chicago was the total non-enforcement of handicapped parking space violations.

 Especially in the city of Chicago itself where I discovered that restaurant valet parking attendants besides parking peoples cars in metered spots and not paying and parking in no parking zones with a blind eye turned by Chicago police which even though they are charging people $18 for valet parking making their money by parking illegally on the street with the permission of their local police patrol, I won't argue with it except to say they should make arrangements with parking lots or garages and split the money with them instead. Instead every pennies going to an illegal immigrant with no expenses at all, not paying taxes, using the streets without paying for parking, sweet deal huh?

Anyway when Chicago parking valet attendants also park their customers vehicles in the handicapped parking spaces forcing the disabled to walk four or five city blocks, or when the restaurant owners and managers do the same with their private vehicles at the expense of the disabled and the Chicago City police turn a blind eye even after being at the scene observing the cars and they do nothing, not ticketing them or towing them, then I have a problem, film to soon follow. I had a even worst problem I couldn't find a parking garage tall enough for my truck or close enough for my bad knee's and back (After and hour I found a corner lot under the elevated train). I really hate to break out the cane, even my mother that has 2 hip placements hates using her cane and would rather I drop her off at the door, luckily I made her take her cane when I dropped her off at Lou Malnati's Pizza, she didn't want to wait for me at the door while I go get the truck after dinner and elected to walk the five blocks. (My brothers walked to the elevated train and took that back to the hotel). We had to walk back to the truck passing all the cars illegally parked in the handicapped parking spaces. I bitched at the parking attendant for parking cars in the handicapped spots making me and my mother walk 5 blocks calling him a puta spitting on the ground like they do, then I said: Didn't think I understood Mexican did you F'N a-hole?

The guy laughed to himself.
