In my opinion: If you need further proof of what I call the criminalization of our youth. You don't have to look beyond today's youths biggest role models Paris Hilton and now Lindsay Lohan each having their troubles because of driving after having drinks. All it proves is that when you weigh $108 lbs it only takes 3 1/2 drinks to blow a  .12(chart) like Lindsay Lohan did. Meaning 2 drinks poured  from a friendly Bartender (strong drinks) and your legally not suppose to drive.. So even if your going by the old saying everything in moderation your still screwed, especially at the new standard or at .08(chart) in almost every state.

 As for the cocaine charge, me personally I've never met a hot sexy woman at that age that didn't want to party including doing drugs (if you do, marry that woman). It's even the main difference between the sexes, woman at that age and older look for men that want to party( most men really don't like to party for partying's sake, but we are forced to because woman like to party) and men almost always look for a woman that will stay by them threw hard times as well as the party times( an exception being a black guy will always look to party, but still wants the same as other men from his woman).

 So the lesson here is: If your a man and your woman wants to go out and party do it with her otherwise she will find men at the club to party with and may dump your ass. Woman if you want a man it's not the party, it's if your there for him when he needs you to be and the party's over.

I'm not condoning the actions of these role Models for today's youth when It comes to driving drunk or doing illegal drugs, but at the ages we are talking about these woman being, there's no proof that they have any kind of addiction or uncontrollable drugs usage besides recreational use and as youth they don't realize their own mortality and the mortality of others around them and they do things like drive drunk. Actually I think it's a good thing that these youth, young woman roles models are having these problems  and besides jail time they should be made to do public service  announcements about the dangers of drinking and driving as part of their probation.

The only other thing I would like to add, is the penalty for drunk driving should be stiffer for people who drive drunk during day light say 5am to 12pm, maybe the threshold of should be .08(chart) during the day, maybe even a .06(chart) and point.10(chart) at all other times. The reason being the large amount of people going on with the day to day activities and the chances of hurting someone besides yourself is greater. Many cops will tell you from 1am to 5am they assume everyone on the road is drunk, some departments don't hassle people that are not on the main roads at this time and figure it's drunk against drunk and they have more important things to do like respond to calls, and other departments feel they have free rain to pull anyone over, so any cop that gives you a ticket for a minor traffic infraction in these hours is a real hard case, he either made up the infraction or followed you until you committed a small traffic infraction looking for a DWI or more and if he gives you a ticket for what he pulled you over for or gets down right irate because your not drunk and still gives you a ticket, that is a problem cop in my book.

Besides being what I've learned over the years first hand, a lot of this stuff about the differences between the sexes I learned by watching PBS and especially watching Nova over many years and it explains a lot I have observed over the years, stuff quite frankly that never made any lick of sense to me when it came to woman.
