Everybody wants to come to this country the USA to make their fortune, but nobody wants to pay our taxes or follow our laws and they act like its business as usual  as though they where still in the country they came from not respecting the laws of this country, but wanting all the benefits of being here!

This is the main difference from when my Grand parents, Great Grand parents, and there relatives came to the USA and when people come know.

 My Mothers family has been here, Erie County, East side of Buffalo, Cheektowaga, Olean, Springville, East Otto, Waterport, Lockport NY for close to 180 years, in fact you could find a street named after her madden name in each of these places at one time though the only Street that still there is in Olean. So don't tell me to go back from where I came from, because my families probably been here longer than your family has.

 They all made every attempt to fit in and follow this countries laws. They didn't speak Ukrainian or German outside of the home or the Ukie club or German American club.

 They worked and paid all there taxes and brought savings bonds, they studied hard and got citizenship, they joined the volunteer fire departments( I have pictures of my great grand father in his assistant chief garb at Pine Hill fire Company around the 1870's). They participated in government and voting. They when to church and brought up kids and family that believed America and if they sent funds back to the old country it was to help there families prosper or get here and not to attack this country or our allies.

My Fathers mother came over here and worked as a maid in a mansion in NYC @ 12 yrs old and sent most of her money to her parents in the Ukraine until she married my Grand father and moved to Elmira when she was 18.

My mother family had money and some had fame, they brought lots of land and ran parks and where into hunting fishing and camping in Lake Tahoe ,Canada, Montana, Yellowstone, Yosemite, and my mother's uncle Buck practically filled the natural history museum in Buffalo with his taxidermy.

Promoting integrity and fairness in police departments when it comes to cops, police and police departments dealing with the general public. Non-criminals. Lets be honest folks when I grew up I was told the police man is my friend. The police man was their to help you and protect you from the criminals thus the term protect and serve. Well, I grew up and I know that's pretty simplistic, but a cop, police officer's  employing  police department is judged by the public as only as good as the lowest common denominator (police officer) which is the worst police officer, cop.

 Cops who have integrity and practice  fairness in dealings with youth send the right message to our youth, the message Illegal Guns are for cowards, drug abuse and drug dealing are not acceptable and not a good lifestyle choice and just a waste of time.

 I think every single police car no matter what the jurisdiction  should be equipped with a  AED defibrillator and if you thought about it, you would want one in your police patrol car not only for the public, but for your own safety as a cop.
