Let's follow the money.

Since the Christmas season is here and It is tradition in my family to observe Christmas from Christmas Eve December 24(actually from December 1 for decorations and I would have already had mine up like last year, if it wasn't for this crap) to the Ukrainian Orthodox Christmas date of January 7 on which day all decorations and the tree is taken down. I am requesting a truce and cessation of hostilities until January 8Th 2008.

This would also give the landlord a chance to reissue a corrected notice to vacate with a reason stated as required by the HUD lease addendum and for Belmont to issue same if they still are taking his position.

It would also give the landlord and Belmont an opportunity to reinspect my apartment floor before the tile comes up and becomes a tripping hazard once again. It is already starting to come loose and I had to throw a rug over it to prevent them coming up. I notice on the letter I received today that abatement will become effective on 01/01/2008.

If the Landlord doesn't allow this I will take it as sign of religious discrimination and file a complaint with HUD stating this, since he knows my views on Islam and he continuing with actions to evict me even after M. Vanni's rich constituents relative that was making all the trouble here after her ACD was up has moved and Don has his racist wish and Coffee is no longer here or her sons, after all when I got into the argument with Don that he started with me, my side of the argument was geared to, Coffee and the other black lady who where outside listening to us argue, she became so paranoid she couldn't get out of this place fast enough.

Anyways the only reason the Landlord could still want me out of her is his Islamic pride, he can't have the Christian infidel living in an apartment complex he owns because he thinks I insult Islam. In all actuality I think Islam is as a whole is lays out a noble ground work for people to live by and the constant theme is moderate progression. It always preached try this first, then try this second, then at last resort use violence. The problem as I see it is that is what is suppose to be done each time a problem presents itself, but the so called holy men have perverted Islam. They seem to think if a problem presents itself and the first 2 steps are followed and its OK to use force on that problem, they never have to do the first 2 steps again and they are free to use force on every problem that presents itself to the end of eternity. Thus instead of if your wife gives you a hard time. First reason with her, If she still doesn't see it your way, Make her sleep alone in bed without you. If she still don't see it your way you have permission to beat her. That permission is only for that specific matter and you are suppose to go threw these steps each time she acts up, but its been perverted so that the men think they don't have to do the first 2 steps but only once in a marriage and they are free to beat there wives for the rest of there lives without redoing the first 2 steps.

If this is acceptable to the landlord and Belmont email me stating so and I will send the check for $150 that the landlord lawyer sent back to me the other day back to the landlord.

PS: It's to late for me to stop any action that government agencies may take from complaints I have already filed, but that was caused by ignoring my warnings and I have no control over any government agency. So if they think you violated the law it's up to them as to what they do to insure compliance.

So the thing that is done is: Say someone needs a million dollars for there business, that business takes on a silent partner that has the million dollars and he then shares in the profits of that business, since a business may need new sources of capital every once in a while you may end up with multiple partners and chances are that one of those partners will be a radical Islamic militant and divert his cash to terrorist activity.

Also the religion of Islam is also your partner in business and in everything you do and you support the religion at your Masque with funding which they then pass on to the cause.

In all my dealings with Muslims I always look for the scary guy with the black turban that shows up when things go wrong, then I know they are supporting radical Islam. It is usually and uncle or a brother or a cousin that plays big brother and is probably a so called holy man and make sure Allah gets his cut and that the investment is safe.

Today this guy (scary guy type) showed up with my landlord Khan checking out the stairs that one of my neighbors got hurt on because the landlord cuts cost and won't pay for someone who knows what they are doing.

Anyways since the FBI went and questioned Shezad instead of survailing him and seeing what I conclude is the number 1 one indicator of terrorist funding activity, and also letting Shezad know that I reported him to the FBI, I am left to deal with Shezad on my own.

They probably did this because I let it out that I warned them about the WTC 2 years before it happened and nothing was done and they wanted to hang me out to dry, but my life's an open book on this site, so they figured Shezad would try to get even with me, and he is trying and that visit last month from the FBI was probably more about trying to get me to shut up than anything else.

Oh ya I forgot they had to do that because you super Don was practically breaking tenants doors down calling them names racist names, threatening them with death, and injury and doing this until they paid you rent.

I'm going to put a foot note here. This is what I mean about avoiding the appearance of in impropriety. I don't know if this police chief is crooked or just naive, but because he did some big favors for this Guy who by all indications could be funding terrorism.

He has put him self and his department in a position that looks bad. I could see if he wanted to help clean up this place. The right actions would have been to have a cop do beat work and patrol this area frequently, or have the landlord install cameras for surveillance and have the recorder in the police station, or man the police station with volunteers or actual police 24/7 so when something happens across the street they could intervene.

But the choice made was to send a cop door to door collecting rent and telling people they had to get out or other things that weren't necessary true and even if true a court order would be necessary to evict.

This saved the Landlord untold money by not having to use the court system and kept Don from attacking and harassing tenants for rent, but it did nothing to stop the underlying problem. It was also unreasonable search of peoples homes and a violation of civil rights.

It also gave Don the green light to harass tenants and threaten them with police action which often followed and Don and the Landlord Shezad do what ever they want with relative impunity.

Another thing is that because the Landlord has a moderate rehab loan, there are about 50 federal regulations that also apply which the cop had no idea existed and he was making the wrong judgment calls and it is up to the courts to decide if these people should be evicted according to the federal laws and state laws. This is why the courts exist.

I even remembering Don tell me he didn't want old married people in this place, because the woman and men would drink to much stay home and beat each other up. You don't want to here what he said about black people.

Worst yet was his attacks on Dave and his Native American girl Friend Mary who now has cancer.

Don seems to hate Native Americans and we live on top of a reservation, Don has threatened to kill Dave more than one time and I have made him apologize for his actions and has let everyone of them visiting or living here know his views.
