I myself have been critical of Marian Vanni and her obvious conflict of interest, influence peddling and questionable dealings and her holding a job with Belmont shelter an organization that is just blindly dedicated to woman's issues and placing unwed mothers in housing giving them and their boy friends cart blanc to run amuck and not enforcing rules that require section 8 and other HUD subsidies be adjusted to account for the income of the boyfriends that move into the apartments with the woman and kids. If they did this maybe the woman wouldn't date drug dealers that won't help pay for rent and jeopardize there children and everyone's safety and they would date more stable men with disabilities or jobs and legal income instead. Belmont has made a preferred protected class out of there woman before the welfare and at the expense of the handicapped, and the elderly, also the communities the apartments are in and this affects even the landlords and there agents.

Belmont blindly sides with woman that where not responsible enough to have there partners use a condom during sex, further not holding them responsible for the illegal actions of the men living with them. You just don't have to take my word for it my sister has told me the biggest problem she has at the 20 or 30 apartment complexes she manages is when she has problems with these single moms and or there boyfriends Belmont refuses to adjust there section 8 subsidy as required by law. ( They can't kick them out because NY Sate law allows the lessee family and partner to occupy an apartment legally) unless there is drug use or sales which Belmont excuses also and usually opposes eviction these people.

I just think for your government subsidy you aught to act responsible, take care of your kids welfare and a boyfriend moves in they should be factored into the subsidy ( I don't even really care if they are factored in until they break the law, become a nuisance to other tenants such as the handicapped, then they cant pay part of the rent or all move out or get evicted) if you don't have enough to evict adjust the subsidy as allowed by HUD and federal law!

Since the Christmas season is here and It is tradition in my family to observe Christmas from Christmas Eve December 24(actually from December 1 for decorations and I would have already had mine up like last year, if it wasn't for this crap) to the Ukrainian Orthodox Christmas date of January 7 on which day all decorations and the tree is taken down. I am requesting a truce and cessation of hostilities until January 8Th 2008.

This would also give the landlord a chance to reissue a corrected notice to vacate with a reason stated as required by the HUD lease addendum and for Belmont to issue same if they still are taking his position.

It would also give the landlord and Belmont an opportunity to reinspect my apartment floor before the tile comes up and becomes a tripping hazard once again. It is already starting to come loose and I had to throw a rug over it to prevent them coming up. I notice on the letter I received today that abatement will become effective on 01/01/2008.

If the Landlord doesn't allow this I will take it as sign of religious discrimination and file a complaint with HUD stating this, since he knows my views on Islam and he continuing with actions to evict me even after M. Vanni's rich constituents relative that was making all the trouble here after her ACD was up has moved and Don has his racist wish and Coffee is no longer here or her sons, after all when I got into the argument with Don that he started with me, my side of the argument was geared to, Coffee and the other black lady who where outside listening to us argue, she became so paranoid she couldn't get out of this place fast enough.

That permission is only for that specific matter and you are suppose to go threw these steps each time she acts up, but its been perverted so that the men think they don't have to do the first 2 steps but only once in a marriage and they are free to beat there wives for the rest of there lives without redoing the first 2 steps.

If this is acceptable to the landlord and Belmont email me stating so and I will send the check for $150 that the landlord lawyer sent back to me the other day back to the landlord.

PS: It's to late for me to stop any action that government agencies may take from complaints I have already filed, but that was caused by ignoring my warnings and I have no control over any government agency. So if they think you violated the law it's up to them as to what they do to insure compliance.
