I called the Springville Village court they said they don't have the ticket in yet from the sheriff deputy either he is delaying until the tape from Walmart is destroyed( I will just get the tape in a civil action before its destroyed if I have too). Or he is going to admit he's wrong like a man and let this die.

We shall see!

Even more irritating is the Springville village court is only open 4 days a week 4 hours a day. I always get paranoid when a scheduled court date goes by for anything, even if I sent in all the proper paper work, because unlike NYC which never would issue a warrant for your arrest over a parking ticket, Justice courts have no rime or reason and will issue a warrant with the possibility of you getting shot for a parking ticket not even phasing their thinking.

I requested a court date or dismissal of this ticket. I mailed the not guilty on 08/08/2006 from the Springville post
office return receipt even though they said it would go directly into a PO box at that office. D ******** signed for the mail on 08/11/2006. I
was wondering what the disposition of this matter is. I would like a court date after 9/03/2006. This is most likely a Police officer doing the
store security manager a favor because I complained about her to HQ a few months back. I was parked legally with a handicapped tag and
harassed by this police officer who waited for an significant amount of time until I came out of the store. At any rate the handicapped spaces which where painted along with the rest of the lot within the last 3 months are not correct to village code or NYS law and using the correct measurements the
officers accusations are wrong using the wrong measurements he is a fault too either way, I didn't take two parking spaces. You can see from the pictures and diagrams on my web site.

I am sitting at Burger King in the next county (Catt) over by Sunset Bay when a Eire county Sheriff or maybe a Catt. county, pulls behind me boxing me in. I'm waiting for the cop to get out, but just as he is going to get out the door he must of spotted one of my onboard cameras . So he pulls away.

This Erie County Sheriff's Deputy Wrote me a Ticket because he most likely Judged my disability to be not up to his standards.

I usually won't call a Cop or the Police stupid. I try to give everyone the proper respect but this is just to outrageous and mean spirited and the guy didn't show me any professionalism or courtesy at all. In fact this is really unprofessional police behavior in my opinion.

First this Cop got out of his car and said you know you can't park this way. Politely I said I said sorry I won't do it next time, I always show the proper respect to the law man.

(I will say this in says in the bible settle your matters with your neighbors and find a solution on your own, lest like a fool you be dragged up in front of the judge for all your business to be known in front of your neighbors and strangers , so my first instinct no matter how unjust the accusation or even if it a outright lie is to 99.9% go for the settlement, the plea, the deal.) You can ask a certain Lieutenant in the Lancaster police department, that stopped me for no reason last year. New truck out at 4 am I could see where he was coming from, though I was pissed as hell because he made up something after following me 6-8 miles because he had to turn up ahead to go to the station on cemetery that's my opinion. I had got up early and was driving my brother to work from his place on Walden near cemetery because his car wasn't working.

But this time at Walmart Springville the Cop the second thing out of his mouth your getting a ticket. I said for what? He said: Parking in two spaces. I said I'm only in one Handicapped space. He said don't talk that way to me. I said its a free country I'll say what I want. He says now you cant say what you want( probably referring to the infamous you can't yell fire in a theater or the recent supreme court ruling of using fighting words like saying N to a black man even though they will stand there and call you white trash or cracker. Aren't those fighting words? I told this Deputy in my opinion he was stupid.( Stupid for harassing the handicapped). He got pissed off and in my face. Are you calling me stupid? Ya, in my opinion your stupid, face to face staring him down. He walks away tells me to get the handicapped hanger out of the truck. I tell him, I gave you my license you can look thru the window and see the tag matches, I not getting it out. It's a parking infraction you don't need either( I hadn't gotten into the truck.) This guy was being a menus from the minute he got out of his car, obviously harassing with me, because of my web site maybe, or he likes harassing the handicapped.

Any Cop that would ticket a disabled person for parking in a handicapped space has some sort of problem, in my opinion.

He had waited for me to unload my car( lots a bags each one light in weight).

The manager that loaded my cart was acting funny, like she had a great poker hand, shaking, so I take it she had saw the cop out there while I was shopping. Actually I now suspect that she is the one that caused this incident because the next day while asking how long they keep the security tape, because I intend to subpoena from the store a tape of this incident, I found out she is the store security manager and since I had complained about her to Walmart and I think in my opinion she probably dislikes me and hasn't forgot me saying I would get her fired, which I later apologized for the next day but woman never forget and you now the old saying about woman's scorn. I apologized for that comment but she was totally wrong and was trying piss me off and irritate me by not given me a refund of cash even though I went home 25 miles and got the receipt after first leaving it at home and her accusing me of trying to return something I brought 6 months ago which was not the case.

When I first got the handicapped tag I wouldn't use it, if it was just me driving, I actually got it because when I would have to give my ma a lift to the airport or elseware she wanted to take her tag with her to use when she got off the plane so we couldn't use hers at this end and Cheektowaga will only give one tag per person and because, like any man I don't like to admit I have health issues.

It is not this cops place to judge my disability and I hide it by using a cart, sometimes I look Ok some times I am practically screaming out in pain and sometimes my main disability is not noticeable. This cop obviously figured I was using someone else's handicapped tag. I was not.

I told him I didn't have to tell him what is wrong with me, he yelled at me he didn't asked.

Then I told him my former business partner was a Gavlivan a relative of the former sheriff. He yells he ain't going to do me any good now. Actually it was slight on my part because the guy had a drug problem and ripped our business off to fuel it, but this cop had no idea or did he? (I have run into my former partner in a Sub shop a couple of yrs ago and he looks like he got his life together, I always liked the guy, besides his shot comings) I also told the cop I could do with less attitude from him. He also pointed to a sign on the pole handicap van accessible under the handicap sign. I said it dose not say handicap van only or exclusively, what is your point. He says: Your blocking possible use of a lift. I say there is plenty of room to use a lift and I explained, if I don't park the way I do, people park in the access area. 90% of the time you don't ticket the people who stand, wait or park in the spots illegally and your harassing me? I also need the room to get into my F150.

I had High hopes now since the new Sheriff Howard got elected because he was a career NYS trooper and from what I heard he might have integrity, but I don't know if anyone can change what goes on in most Erie county police departments.

This Erie County Sheriff's Deputy Wrote me a Ticket because he most likely Judged my disability to be not up to his standards. This lot was just finished being painted( over 50%) and Walmart did not make the necessary corrections to the handicapped spaces and post no Parking Signs in handicapped access areas as required by state and village laws.

Notice the access lanes or areas on each side of my truck. It is illegal to Park in them, I think? In them is the operable word, also without a handicapped tag as far as I can tell from the state code.

Notice my truck is parked not in them. He didn't write me up for that anyway, he said I was parked in two spots. In Springville NY a handicapped parking space is required by law to be 14 FT wide, (add on 2- 7ft access areas for 28ft wide total, so either way the cops point is mute. State Law parking area 7ft, access isles 7 ft each for 21ft total. Police never ticket people for parking their cars in the access spaces, so I angle my truck to keep people from parking in the access spaces but it still allows use of the access space for loading and unloading people and also allows the use of Handicap van ramps and the opening of and closing of doors of the next handicapped space over. You would be surprised by the number of people that park in these access spaces both handicapped and non handicapped. Regal Quaker Crossing Theaters is the worst with Moms in Mini Vans waiting in these spaces for their and their friends kids to come out of the movies. I can understand the Handicapped people parking there even though it is annoying because many stores do not have enough handicapped spaces. I always park this way here and normal cops wave or drive by while checking for the my handicapped hanger.

Notice plenty of room between my truck and this car. This cops telling me I am blocking handicapped lift access is bull.

Big bad cop picking on a disabled person!

After taking 30 minutes to check everything out he came back out of his car and handed me a ticket accusing me of parking in two spaces. I told him that I was only parked in one space and the areas to the left and right are considered part of the handicapped space. Earlier, I also pointed out that the car next to me was over in the access area too as you can see in the photo above. As you can plainly see the shared access area can be used for a lift.

See this is what I am talking about the unwritten handicapped parking rule is protect the space on your side by the way you park.

Note: I warned this cop I would put him on a page on this site, even told him the name of the site: CopperSneak.com. I told him I would dedicate a whole page to him. Also told him the amount of hits this site gets a month. He laughed, but I think he liked the name.

There is a security tape from 1999 of me messing up some dude bad that didn't like the way I parked at a Wilson farms and started stuff with me floating around some place. Do you think it was this cops brother? The guy was edging and taunting me when I said I didn't want no trouble, he was in my face, I'm going, I don't want no problems dude, I say. He goes big man, I thought so. I start walking into the store and the moron decides to spit in my face. As I beat the blood out of him 2 knives and a cell phone fell out of his jacket. Then I broke his nose and ribs, I told him to get the out of here and went into the store. The loser broke my tail light while all the woman in the store are mimicking doing my finely tuned street fighting moves that I perfected on the east side of Buffalo 15 years earlier and where giving me accolades.

I have got more woman from fights in my life, I mean better than perfect tens looks wise than I can remember. Same for that fight. I never leave before the cops show up or the other guy leaves first now. Woman love it' when a Guy avoids a fight and makes attempts everything possible to avoid a conflict and then destroys the other guy because that guy wouldn't let it go and threw the first punch. (Warning these woman are often are usually hard to live with, get along with, out right spoiled, it figures look at the circumstances of what brought them to you, but do I learn? They always end up being more trouble than any fight with a man ever was.)

Times have changed I've made millions. I started with $300 went door to door then advertised with direct mail, then came to Buffalo years latter ( First I became #1 in sales in a competing direct mail company in Buffalo) brought a Regional Franchise for almost all of upstate NY for 140k plus start up money with the company that helped make me a least a million in carpet cleaning years earlier in the DC area, plus start up capital and then lost millions in Buffalo because a Orchard Park Cop decided to investigate me as a favor to a scumbag lawyer that lost a civil case to me,( nobody wants to buy your services when a cops calling all your customers making trouble), I didn't do anything wrong so my lawyer ate the guy for lunch after a year of investigating (damage already done by cop), people don't like accelerated payment clauses in the contacts they sign with auto draft from bank accounts after 10 day default notice which are perfectly legal under Uniform Commercial Code. I had added the clause into contracts so I could take the money out of dead beats accounts electronically after sending 10 day default notices. I guess people don't like people they owe money to having legal free run of all their bank accounts, it just saved me from going to court first and having the marshals executing a garnishment. It was bad enough that I paid 40 k in postage my 1st mailing and the rail car got lost in a winter storm in Chicago and I had to eat 40k by giving everyone a free mailing the first mailing, but we are going on our 4th mailing of 280,000 homes and this dead beat that wouldn't pay his bill like a bunch of other dead beats that lost in civil court to me, his lawyers has a cop friend do him a favor. I have also lost millions.

In case you don't know the MO in business in Buffalo is, if your a man and you get your ass kicked, get a Buddy cop to try to charge the person who kicked your butt with a made up felony, it has to be a felony so it can be investigated out of jurisdiction because the cops in jurisdiction Amherst have said its a civil matter only. Anyways they almost always charge you with a felony in WNY even if its an low level infraction, so they can scare you and then drop it down to the real charge, if they left it at felony you could get it heard in county court and they are cut out of the money and the justice court will act like there doing you a favor, when in all actuality they are doing themselves the favor and you will probably end up with a worst penalty or guaranteed guilty if it stays in justice court. The county court may be more likely to apply the rules of law as do the Buffalo courts.

If your a woman lie and say the guy sexually harassed you even if your the one rubbing your breast on the man and showing your hey nan no new under your short shirt with no panties to him all the time, and calling him at his house all the time, even after you make the accusation, just because he told you to have your boyfriend do your work from now on, he's helped you enough. Actually he was helping you because he always help's those that need help, he just got tried of you taking sexual liberties getting him worked up without returning the favor, after a year of that s*** it gets old, actually after a week it gets old, but while you where a virgin, a good man might put up with it, but after you start nailing other men for a while, put out or stop it, or expect to hear about it, or hear have your boyfriend do your work from now on!

Then divide the spoils of accounts with the rest at work, all the while working over Mr. *****, Mr.***, and Mr. ***********, leading them to believe your interested in them ( I guess they found out the meaning of ****** in the wood pile by now). How did that work out? Did you marry Michael Jordan yet?

Hey I thought this stuff was long dead but I think some cop has probably dug it up and is saying stuff so I put this truth there. Just as I suspect they have been in my email (I am positive), at my web site (my logs show this) and probably tried to get into my home computer or monitoring my isp provider, maybe even in my apartment, I came home to an unlocked apartment one day. Since living in Vegas I just assume there is a camera everywhere and I don't do anything illegal so I really don't care. Not going to change my life because of terrorist, because of cops monitoring me, because of false accusations, I'll answer to god in the end, no one else. Am I being paranoid? If I am I am not letting it get the best of me, so I don't care if I am.

You know when all this stuff was happening the only people that didn't judge me, didn't believe any of it, and cut me a brake, and kept sending business my way was old friends and guess who? With all the so called good people trying to screw me for things I didn't do, the only ones that helped me were the Tony Soprano Types, that's why I would never rat if I knew anything, which I don't. I just know who they are, like everyone else, including the cops that work for them.
