Jodie Maggs is the woman in apartment 18 above me she has 2 daughters. Lisa is her cousin and was obsessed with me and Jerry is Lisa's boyfriend, he brought the mass quantities of pot up from South Carolina in 2 big gym bags and then hide them in Cherry Creek, Lisa lived above me, also she has one daughter. Donna's is Lisa's sister and she use to live here too in another upstairs apartment subsided by HUD until she and her sister Lisa got into a fist fight and got arrested, she has 2 boys, so Donna had to move out as a condition of probation with her boyfriend named Will who wanted to break into my apartment and sold drugs and was unusually thin for not doing meth.
Lisa and Donna both got probation before sentencing and both got a ACD's on September 14,2007 by Collins town court at which time Jerry moved in with Lisa and the debauchery started again.
I'm guessing Jodie Maggs father is Ronald Maggs and he owns the property at 2066 Langford Rd North Collins NY where the printing company is located and lives at 2763 FIRST ST Eden NY with his wife Joyce Maggs, they both go to Eden United Methodist Church 2820 E Church, Eden, NY.
I am going to further address the Maggs clan because I saw something that disturbed me the day after Christmas. This was the scenario a woman I'm guessing Joyce Maggs came over and knocked on Jodie Maggs door and left money with who ever answered the door. It wasn't Jodie or one of her daughters.( Nice jester but what followed got me wondering).
The next thing I know Jodie runs down the stairs goes out to the door and starts yelling don't you want to come in and see your grand daughter?
She's at the car door saying this over and over the woman inside acts like the grand daughter up stairs is .......... (She is an innocent child, a tween caught in a bad situation, she is always walking around pushing her 2 yr old sister in a stroller, she's friendly talking to everyone around here, even tough she was a quit one when they first moved in, she seems to be coming out of her shell, she's a gift to her mother and family. She's like a little angel puttering around the building at Christmas time).
She says no and starts to pull away Jodie is yelling I love you mommy. I love you mommy, thanks for the money, I love you mommy, I love you mommy. No response from mommy but to pull away!
It melted my heart for Jodie and her daughters, but also infuriated me more as to what is going on with the Magg's clan?
So I am going to theorize and use conjecture to come up with the actual story of what has happened in my opinion in the past to get to the point where a grand mother won't acknowledge her grand daughter.
I'm going to guess that Ronald Maggs is or was one son of a bitch hard noise hard drinking man that most likely beat his wife and daughters and sons or did so in the past. This is evident because the mother is afraid to even associate with the child or grand kid( conjecture can even lead to the father may have abused the daughter and because the grand mother shows extreme malice and hate towards the grandchild, the question of is the child a product of abuse by the father to the daughter comes into play?). A good man no matter what happened even if their kid married a black man and it was killing him inside physically or mentally (like my uncle that burst his aorta, a good man but didn't want his girl with black men) would the least indicate in a round about way that the wife make sure the kid and her offspring where ok and taking care of, and the wife would meet with the daughter at least once every two weeks see the grand kids and buy cloths, food and necessities or pay bills for the daughter especially if your well off, like the Maggs.
Then there the fact that this Jodie Maggs got tangled in a abusive relationship with a man that beat her and Vanni ended up placing her here to get her away from that guy.( Who shows up anyways once in a while, anyways).
Lets go a little further. We can guess that Ronald and Joyce are church going people and they are hiding a dirty little secret. We can further guess that they are both getting on in age and are seeking absolution for these sins, but in a way that does not compromise the family honor.
So they give generously to the church and the library and other causes in the families name.
I would just like to say. WRONG!. That's not getting you brownie points with GOD!.
First, charity begins at home. If your giving all this to everyone else while your children and grand children are starving and living off the public dime it don't mean shit! You are your brothers keeper and you are to forgive him and help him every time asked of you if you have the means. ( You don't have to be a fool and give him money to blow anyway he likes, but you can pay his electric bill, buy him gas, feed him, teach him to fish, etc.)
Second, if you can't forgive your child don't expect god to forgive you. The quality of mercy is mercy itself! Visit your children and grand children often and tell them you love them.
Third, suffer the little children not for there's is the kingdom of god. It is better that you not have been born then to deny a child a life in God's grace and instruction in Christ teachings, this includes your grandchild!
Forth, it don't count when you give money to the church or anyone else to satisfy your ego in front of other men or burry dirty little secrets ! Only money or charitable works giving or done anomalously without an expected return count.( Sorry Ophra Winfrey your favorable room in heaven is not assured!)
Filth, the son is not responsible for the sins of the father, or the father for the sins of the adult child, but the wife is responsible for the sins of the husband and the husband for the sins of the wife. You are also responsible for the sins of your minor children. This means if your child gets pregnant before moving out of the house or is out of the house and is under the age of 18 you are responsible for the up bringing and the cost of that grandchild until they reach the age of 18 beside making sure they are instructed in Christ teachings. This also means that if your wife has a child that is someone else's its your responsibility, as is the bastard child of your husband if he has one.
All of this is besides being your brothers keeper! Ain't Christianity fun and Great?
Jodie Maggs brother David is president of GDR inc makers of Valley business forms with estimated sales of $750,000 a year.
Dave lives at 2339 Sandrock Rd Eden NY, his brother Ronald C. Maggs is highway superintendent in the town of Eden and he lives at 2168 Hemlock rd with his wife Katherine, their brother Kenneth Maggs live's on 2087 School ST In The Village of North Collins, and Marian Vanni lives down the same street in the same Village of North Collins at 2500 School ST and is a Town Councilman of the town of North Collins because the village has no acting government for some reason.
Marian Vanni is also a housing advocate for Belmont Shelter Corp 174 Main ST Hamburg NY and holds that job and that of town councilman o North Collins NY in violation of the hatch act.
Alesi is the Gowanda police chief that dined with moderate rehab program building owner Shezad Khan who may or may not fund terrorist, but his fathers company is the biggest clothing producer in Pakistan and most of the sales are made threw his company located at 1968 Niagara ST in Buffalo NY.
The chief may have dined on Shezad's dime and at one time had the police collecting rent for the property and going door to door telling people they had to get out without a court order of eviction circumventing the courts with Don the raciest apartment manager on the side going door to door with
Anybody that complained about Don was immediately ticketed by the police chief or harassed by Don himself because Don felt invincible having the chief on his side.
The problem is part time cops not in on denying due process of law sometimes show up and tell Don he can't change locks on doors without a court order of eviction.
Marian Vanni and the Andolina's control government HUD subsidies too a Pakistani millionaire and have been giving the subsidies to the Maggs clans relatives in exchange or for reward for donations to various causes including the library.
In exchange for letting Marian Vanni and the Maggs clan having there way Shezad Kahn the landlord is granted above market rents and the Gowanda building inspector Noel Evans looks the other way and tells people who call like me the landlord can do what ever the he wants (either because he been brought outright) or on request of the police chief I'm guessing.
Marian Vanni and all others probably are remunerated with leather goods such as that jacket she wear's, purses, and other things from Tomahawk Leather aka: MAK Tower Group, and Ideal-leather ltd a Pakistani company.

I complain to Marian Vanni and Landlord about Don and the Maggs clan not knowing the score and that Marian Vanni's the one putting them in here. I figure that its Don getting played by a controlling young woman.
So Don retaliates by emptying the oil out of my truck because he empties oil out of trucks and cars all the time in his junk business and knows the damage it will do.
I tell Don he is going to jail and go to state police.
I turn my motion sensor on my alarm and my truck beeps when ever someone goes near it.
I tell Shezad I want a handy capped spot and my apartment up to code because I'm pissed at Don and also Jerry also for taking my spot and letting the kid dent my truck with his car door.
Don comes over to my apartment and looks at floor and ceiling then tells me to fuck off and move out if I don't like it that's what the landlord says I tell him to get the fuck out of my apartment.
I tell Shezad I'm tired of his and Don's shit and insult him and compare him to left over shit being flushed down a toilet.
The 2 Maggs; Jodie and niece Lisa bitch and moan in front of my apartment window while I'm sick with a cold and trying to sleep.
I tell them I don't want to hear it and I'm calling child services on them yada, yada. They are yelling and screaming at me and making fun and threatening me with parking in my space and leaving the boyfriends truck running.
I get a illegal termination notice from Shezad and expect Marian Vanni who I don't know is dirty to tell Shezad he can't do that it's against HUD regulations, but she sends me a note saying that Belmont is terminating with no reason for it like landlord, a violation of federal law and the lease agreement.
I send emails asking for a reason as required by law and Vanni and Shezad never respond as required by law until I get an eviction notice.
I call Neighborhood legal service's but don't get an answer from John saying that they will take my case until after I respond to eviction petition.
This is my best guest theory of what has transcribed in my opinion, it wont be fact until all these people end up in jail for there illegal actions against me which will probably never happen.
