This is just shear stupidity,
this cops pushes a car off the road with his SUV, gets out sprays the guy in
the face with pepper spray (cop has history with people in car), he turns
around, then the guy shoots the cop in the back 6 or
seven times while the cops getting out of the field of the camera, then a
passing motorist shots the guy in the head. Two people dead including the
cop because the cop wasn't taking his job seriously or the situation
seriously and did something mean spirited.
You want a reason for professionalism in policing this video says it all!
It's sickening in more ways that I can say. This should be
mandatory viewing by all police departments. If your a cop it may save
your life and others lives.
